GOGOCAR allows you to choose the car based on your needs and/or your tastes and we constantly strive to ensure that the chosen car is waiting for our customers on the day of collection. In extreme cases, if this is not possible, you will be informed of the replacement and a vehicle of the booked category or higher will be delivered to you
Certainly! We have made the service available to our customers VALET.
The Formula Valet service is active in Rome within the GRA and in any case with prior agreement with the company. To take advantage of it, it is always required to contact a Car Rental representative to agree on the details.
The answer is very simple, for as long as you want!
Siamo operativi dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00 esclusi i festivi. Se hai necessità di ritirare l’auto di sabato scrivici.
Ti consigliamo di scriverci tramite i vari canali specificando il periodo ed eventualmente la richiesta di chilometraggio illimitato.
Ti forniremo nel più breve tempo possibile un preventivo fatto su misura.
Un giorno di noleggio equivale a 24 ore dal momento del check-in ed il costo è sempre lo stesso anche in caso di check-out anticipato.
Non serve lavare esternamente l’auto, è sufficiente raccogliere ogni oggetto o rifiuto presente all’interno. Verrà applicata una penale di €40 + iva solo in caso di sporcizia profonda che richieda una pulizia speciale.
La consegna oltre l’orario previsto prevede il pagamento di un giorno extra di noleggio, tuttavia siamo flessibili quindi non esitate a comunicarci le vostre esigenze.
Puoi ritirare l’auto presso il nostro ufficio sito in Via Simone Martini 135, ben collegato con la fermata della metro B Laurentina. Oppure richiedere il servizio di consegna direttamente in aeroporto o in hotel, purché la struttura si trovi all’interno del GRA.
Rental requirements
You will be asked:
- Valid identity document
- Driving license (issued for at least 12 months)
- Credit card in your name
- Se sei residente in un Paese che non fa parte dell’UE dovrai presentare anche il passaporto
NB It is not possible to rent any of our vehicles without a credit card, Not therefore, Bancomat, prepaid or Postepay cards are allowed
- Età minima di 21 anni
Potrai noleggiare a condizione che tu abbia compiuto 21 anni e abbia la patente di guida valida da almeno 12 mesi
Sì se in possesso di tutti i requisiti per la guida dei veicoli. Verrà applicato un costo extra di €5 al giorno a persona.
NB We will ask you a few days before your rental to communicate the data of the additional driver so that we can insert it in the rental agreement
Deductibles and Coverage
All vehicles are covered by civil liability insurance which guarantees coverage of civil liability towards third parties
There is no coverage for driver accidents.
For any passive/bankruptcy claim, the deductible is €1,000.00; for the theft €2000.00
It is possible to reduce the cost of deductibles, write to us to find out how to do it!
In the event of an accident, it is necessary to fill in the CAI form, present in all our cars, and contact a rental assistant to be assisted in the procedure to follow
In the event of theft, contact a rental assistant and follow the instructions provided
Vehicles can be used in all countries listed on the Green Card
Security Deposit and Rental Payment
On the day of picking up the vehicle, you will be asked to leave a security deposit by credit card
The amount varies according to the vehicle category:
- Economy: €500.00
- Intermediate: €600.00
- Luxury: €800.00/€1000.00
On the day of return, the car will be checked and any damage to the vehicle not present on the day of departure will be reported to you. If the car does not show any damage, the security deposit will be returned to you within 5 working days
If you don't have any special requests or doubts about your booking, you can pay for your rental in total autonomy and directly on our website via Stripe payment

Fuel Policy and Km Included
No. The rental cost does not include fuel. We follow the policyPICK UP FULL-RETURN FULL”, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had at the time of collection.
If this does not happen, the cost of the missing refueling + the cost of the service for the non-refueling will be charged.
All our prices include 100 km per day. If you need extra Km do not hesitate to contact us, tell us what your needs are and we will send you a personalized offer
Fines
All fines are notified to GOGOCAR which provides for the payment and debit of the report to the offender with the related management costs
